Hounslow Council selects Nexgen Development Software

We’re delighted to announce that Hounslow Council has selected Nexgen to support the management, oversight, and reporting of its new-build housing programme.

Nexgen will provide Hounslow’s development team with a more integrated approach to managing projects, bringing project management, financial monitoring, cashflow, governance, approvals and programme reporting together in one platform.

Councillor Tom Bruce, Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Economic Development at Hounslow Council, said:

“Having accurate and accessible information in one place will strengthen how we manage our development programme, support informed decision-making and ensure we make the best possible use of our resources.”

Implementation is now underway, and we’re really looking forward to working with the Hounslow team.
