Why we built nexgen.
After decades working with housing associations and local authorities, we saw the same challenges everywhere. Development teams were relying on multiple disconnected systems, spreadsheets and manual reporting to manage increasingly complex development programmes. Project information was scattered, governance was difficult to evidence and Board reporting often took days to prepare.
We believed there had to be a better way.
